We started fostering Obi when he was just 6 months old. He had been run over and his rear left leg had been crushed and had to be amputated.

He was surrendered to the vet by his previous owner, due to the financial hardship the surgery would place on them.

Obi was recovering physically but mentally he was struggling. He was so scared and confused and the vet felt he would recover better in a home with people to shower him with love.

Once at home, Obi settled in well and really started to relax and enjoy playing with his big brother Ned the Groodle and chasing the cats.

We ended up adopting Obi as he was just too special and adorable to let go.

Obi is almost 3 years old now and he is an absolute darling. He is living his best life with Ned, the cats and his new sister Anaya, a 6 month old Rottweiler, who was also a foster fail.

Obi is the most loving and happy puppa. We just can’t imagine our lives without him, we are so blessed to have him as ours.
