Life is full of surprises! Especially in today’s pandemic. Who would have known that adopting a pet would make our lives more meaningful?
Early 2021, “Hippo” was found on the streets wandering around an old warehouse with other wild cats. He was rescued and has recovered at our local VET. Hippo is an adorable, chubby, black Tom Cat around three years old. He officially joined our family on the day after Valentine's Day. He is an especially affectionate creature, and his antics always touch our hearts. During this period full of uncertainty, being able to give is such a wonderful blessing. Watching Hippo come out of his safe zone, as an introverted cat, makes us feel so rewarding. As it turns out, adopting Hippo was one of the best things to happen to our family.
