Our gorgeous boy was surrendered to SODR after his previous owners could no longer carer for him. We were only supposed to foster him but as the days passed he grew so much more comfortable in our house and with our family, he has become such a lovely pet, so goofy and loves his toys (post fluff removal), we have been to dog school and he was often used as an example. He now walks great on the lead, can stay, comes when called (most of the time), has learnt that our cat is boss and will bop him over the nose a few times if he gets too close. We continued to foster dogs and he is so welcoming to other dogs and always helps them feel safe when they’re unsure. He is such a gorgeous boy and we are so thankful to SODR for Chester.
