Congratulations Strong Hearts Cat Rescue!

Strong Hearts Cat Rescue is the sister rescue to Strong Hearts Farm Sanctuary.  Strong Hearts Cat Rescue is solely for domestic animals – predominantly cats (and some dogs and rabbits too!!). They currently work with 17 pounds and have agreements in place to save cats from their euthanasia lists. They have rescued and re-homed over 670 cats and kittens THIS YEAR!! (That’s almost 100 per month). Strong Hearts Cat Rescue has an ever-increasing community of wonderful people and with all our different skills, and incredibly high levels of passion for animals.

The judges were impressed with how Strong Hearts Cat Rescue specialises in building the confidence of scared, timid and SPICEY cats and kittens, showing them love and kindness. These cats are high-risk and often euthanised by pounds.  Strong Hearts Cat Rescue are truly saving lives and making an impact after only 20 months in operation. They take cats directly from the 17 pounds they have a relationship with.  They advocate for desexing.  They have great team work and mutual respect for each other at the organisation.
