Entry is by Rehoming organisation self-nomination. You can enter multiple categories as long as your organisation meets the eligibility criteria. The panel of 7 judges will assess each submission on its own merits. There is no public voting.

Special award for pet guardians
You won’t miss out on the celebration of rescue!
There is a 7th award category ‘Advocate® People’s Rescue Story’’. This is for Aussie pet guardians who have adopted or fostered a companion animal (pet), which includes but not limited to dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, and birds.
