Kyla is a volunteer at Rachie’s Ratirement Home. Kyla’s role is Foster Care Coordinator, a position she has held for nearly 12 of the 18 months she has been volunteering with with RRH. Kyla’s role encompasses the most foundational commitments that they make to the animals in our care. Kyla is responsible for the coordination of any residents requiring a period of foster care for medical, trust training, maternity or permanent placement.
The judges said that Kyla represents what volunteering is all about! She has made signifcant contributions to the organisation’s operations, foster carers and to the animals. She is fully supported by RRH which gives Kyla flexibility and develop in the role. Well done!
