Snugglepot was adopted at 9 weeks old on the 30/09/2015. Exactly 2 weeks after I was diagnosed with severe anxiety and depression. He has changed my quality of life dramatically, if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here at all to tell his adoption story.
Everyday I’m so grateful and happy to wake up to see my best friend waiting for me. This has been hard to put into words because of the realisation that he was meant to be apart of our family for a reason. I’m glad that I have reached many milestones with him such as my 16th, 18th & my upcoming 21st birthday.
Now at 6 years old (he turned 6 yesterday!). I’m looking forward to the next 8-10 years of spending my life with him. I love him so much with all my heart. I don’t know what else to say because I’m writing this all in tears :’(
