I wanted to get a cat to cope with my transition overseas. Ever since Silica has come into my life, she has been a constant encouragement, bringing joy whenever I see her. She likes to hide under my bed, and she will come running out when she suspects you have food. She sometimes just likes to hang out with me while I do my work, and it brings a smile to my face and remind me of how wonderful life can be. She has helped me be a more outgoing person, and brings laughter when I see her play with my neighbour's pets. Overall, thanks to Silica, I have become a stronger and brighter person!
