Narni was 17 and a black cat, who would want her? Her old owner for many years had died and she had been tossed out of her loving home to fend for herself. No water and little food she barely survived. Cutting open her nose to get water from a watering can, she was a problem and they wanted her PTS but the vet saw a spark in Narni that no one else did and saved her life.
I adopted Narni, she was traumatied and disliked people. After months of gentle coaxing plus a few scratches and bites she is now a part of my family. She has taught me patience and understanding. Her gentle nature and quirky meow brings joy to my heart and so does seeing her so happy and at home. Narni has formed a special bond with my autistic daughter and we love her very much.
