We adopted Harry in January after our last gorgeous rescue dog Hayley passed away suddenly just before Christmas. Harry is a loyal, affectionate and loveable Cattle cross possibly dingo :O who loves to plop himself in front of the fire on a bean bag or preferably a couch, and loves barking at waves and chewing his football and the occasional shoe! He didn't have a very happy start to life and doesn't like wind, loud noises or strangers but is slowly getting used to them. He is also learning that he doesn't need to worry about whether he will get fed and is starting to enjoy getting pat which used to make him uncomfortable. He has thoroughly enjoyed having everyone home during covid and has made isolation for us much more bearable with many trips to the beach to bark at the waves and for zoomies at the dog park. We are so grateful for his companionship during this time and I think Harry is pretty happy to have found a family too! 🙂
