As we already had 2 cats at home we were not looking at getting any more animals. When browsing we came across Elton. He instantly got up and was meowing at us and reaching at the barrier to us. We instantly fell in love with him and started talking about if we could have another cat. We asked the workers there if we could have a cuddle with him and they were happy to do this. We went into the special room with him and he just wanted all the cuddles he could get. We could tell he was nervous about being moved around though as when we tried to move him off one of us to allow the other to have a cuddle, he would claw at us to hold onto us. We knew from that moment that he was our baby and his home was with us. We adopted him then and there. He has become our cuddly marshmallow. Elton gives comfort to anyone needing it and often senses when we are needing love. He is the most loving cat we have had in our lives. We couldn’t imagine life without our baby!
