We felt it was finally time for us to adopt a pet and have always wanted a rescue pet. We decided to meet some cats at The Animal Welfare league as we felt they would likely fit in with our busy lifestyle best, and although we found some lovely felines we somehow also met Eddie the Pug and it was love at first snort! He's the sweetest little doggo and fit into our home immediately. Besides, he's basically the same as most cats – loves to sleep and cuddle but also very independent and so friendly! He has made us so much more active, we're out walking all the time and he's a fantastic ice-breaker when meeting new people, we've made so many new friends! He's keeping us entertained during lockdown too, always cheering us up with his hilariously grumpy little face and antics! We are so lucky to have found Eddie, it must be serendipity.
