Maneki Neko cat resuce were having a plant sale so my boyfriend and I thought we would check it out, as we would both love to support a local cat rescue. We went to the cat lounge and found the love of our life. Comet who had been rescued from Mildura, our home town. We knew we couldn't leave him behind and adopted him that day. Since then, we have seen our friends and family adopt two other cats from the rescue and Comet has become our angel. He has the biggest personality and is an excellent cuddler. He also plays fetch which is possibly his favourite game to play, plus he knows how to sit on command when it's dinner time which is pretty great. Our friends love him too and my house is now called "Comet's house". Comet has just bought absolute joy to not only me and my boyfriend's lives but our friends as well. He is always there, wether it be to wrestle, cuddle or to meow constantly when it's leading up to his 5pm dinner time. His adoption has been life-changing and without him, I'm positive I wouldn't be so happy.
